Third Annual Empty Bowls Project

A unique twist on the "empty bowls" theme. Inmates from the Women's Correctional Facility in Windsor, VT create ceramic crafts and donate them to The Haven. Bowls and other ceramic pieces will be on sale to benefit The Haven's Food Shelf, along with homeade soup and bread. For more information, contact Barbara Henzel, 802-295-6500.

The Haven’s Fifth Annual Benefit Concert

Location: The Quechee Polo Grounds, Quechee,VTSince 2004, the Upper Valley Haven’s Annual Benefit Concert has drawn packed or standing-room only crowds to the Lebanon Opera House. Past performers include Richie Havens, Arlo Guthrie, John Hiatt, and Suzanne Vega.
The Shelter the Homeless Committee of Our Lady of the Snows Church in Woodstock, VT organizes this event. Because of their hard work and the generous underwriting by local businesses, this event is becoming a significant source of revenue supporting The Haven's programs.
