Mud Ball

A night of live music, delicious food, creative raffles, specialty drinks, lots of dancing and laughs! The Mud Ball Committee generously donates all of the proceeds to the Haven.

Where: Top of the HOP (actually it has moved to Alumni Hall but we will have signs directing people to the room)
Time: 8pm - Midnight
Music: 9 piece band, Souled Out!
Food: Hot appetizers by Hanover Inn's Jason Merrill
Tickets: $75.00 per person ahead of time/$80 at the door
Attire: Fun/funky cocktail dress w/sassy shoes or wellies

Chefs of the Valley
Sunday, May 2, 2010 - The Quechee Club, 4-7 p.m.
On Sunday, May 2nd, 2010 chefs from some of the Upper Valley’s best restaurants, artisan cheese makers, and more will be joining together in a fundraiser to support the Upper Valley Haven, called “Chefs of the Valley.” The event, taking place at the Quechee Club from 4 to 7 pm, will be a late afternoon gala where two hundred guests will be able to sample cuisine prepared by these artists, and bid on silent auction items donated by local businesses and individuals.
Participating restaurants and businesses include Allechante, The Bakers’ Studio, Barnard Inn Restaurant, Canoe Club, Carpenter & Main, Cobb Hill cheese, Elixir, The Hanover Inn, Home Hill Restaurant, The Norwich Inn, The Quechee Club, The Quechee Inn, Salubre, Simon Pearce, Slice of Life, Stella’s, Thistle Hill Farm cheese, Umplebys, Vermont Coffee Company, local wine merchants, and more restaurants to be announced...
Tickets: $70 per person (includes all food, wine and other beverages)

Covered Bridges Half Marathon
June Annually
Each year the Haven has a team of 50 runners who devote their talent and sponsorship dollars to our organization.
OUR 2010 TEAM IS FULL, but we are still taking names for the waiting list (runner often cancel last-minute due to injuries, schedule conflicts, etc., so spaces tend to free up in the spring!)
